Warts can be incredibly resistant to treatment, and results can vary with different horses, and some may require a long term approach.It can be spread by direct contact between horses, on tack, equipment, water troughs/buckets, or human hands.
They often fall off by themselves but they can be encouraged by the use of two of our treatments. It is good to also work on the wart topically, and the Sarc-void products can be used here...

Sarcoid program
The sarcoid program is a wonderful program which addresses this underlying viral infection - helping to boost the immune system and helps the body throw off the lesion. Adding in the Ifnfect-A-Clear is perfect to boost the treatment.
Sarc-Void Ointment
This treatment is used to reduce and eliminate the growth and nourish and condition the skin. The herbs included in this mixture are aimed at resolving the problem and facilitating the expulsion of the offending matter. Even though this is labelled as a sarcoid ointment, we have used the sarcoid program successfully for warts.
