Bursitis is the inflammation of a bursa (a flat sac of synovial fliud that allows normal movement of joints and muscles and reduces friction). This occurs at major joints such as shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. It can be caused by chronic over use, injury, gout, arthritis or infections...
Bursitis causes pain and limits movement. Signs of bursitis include;
- Pain: The affected area may be painful, tender, and sore. The pain may be dull, achy, or sharp.
- Swelling: There may be swelling and redness around the affected joint or area.
- Stiffness: The affected joint may feel stiff and difficult to move.
- Limited range of motion: Bursitis can make it difficult to move the affected joint or area, limiting range of motion.
- Warmth: The area may feel warm to the touch.
- Crepitus: There may be a cracking or popping sound when the affected joint is moved.

It contains Arnica, Comfrey, Linseed Oil, White Willow, Wintergreen Oil and Rescue Remedy.
You can also use linseed oil and wintergreen oil to rub on the effected area.
