Depression is more than just a low mood - it's a serious illness. A lack of interest in life accompanied by weight loss, loss of appetite, feelings of uselessness and sleep disturbance are some of the more common symptoms.

Suggestions:

  • Consider life style including exercise, diet.
  • Beware of alcohol, drug use including smoking, excessive sex, intake of tea and coffee
  • Use relaxation techniques and other mental hygiene techniques.
