The beautiful benefits of common herbal teas - McDowell's Herbal Treatments

Herbal teas are still one of the most popular drinks in the world. Herbal teas have medicinal and nutritional benefits, along with tasting pleasant. You can grow your own herbs for tea, however not all herbs will grow in your climate and not all herbs are available all year. In this case, you are better to resort to the dried variety rather than do without. I cannot imagine living without chamomile, rosemary, thyme, mints, or rosehips!
