McDowell’s Herbal.com is no longer willing to accept the risk of breakages, delivery delays and or loss of valuable products using the REGULAR AIRMAIL Service provided by Australia Post / US Postal systems.
This service had over time been very reliable but the last 12 months has seen a dramatic drop in the quality of the service with significant and extended delivery delays, numbers of lost parcels and breakages in transit becoming the norm rather than the exception.
Importantly this relatively cheap parcel service HAS NO TRACKING attached, causing real angst for our US customers and significant loss of goodwill.
Accordingly, as of March 1st, 2016, ALL parcels with product valued at US$200.00 or more will be sent using the EMS EXPRESS AIRMAIL System. This service costs on average US$20 – US$50 more than Regular Airmail (depending on weight) but can be tracked in transit, via the Australia Post Website.
Customers, will of-course always be able to choose the cheaper Regular Airmail parcel service, but NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS will be possible for these parcels.
We hope our US friends, established and new, will understand our strongly held view that the timely provision of Herbal Supports for sick / injured animals is our highest priority and that this new approach has that priority at its centre.
As a result of the introduction of upgraded technology with our new Website ALL Postal Fees and Charges are calculated at the time you submit your order.
The exact charge varies depending on the weight and size of the package and in total is normally less than 20% of the value of the order for clients in North America and Europe and less than 10% of the value of the order for clients in Australia.

2 x 100ml Bottles of Canine Herbal Support cost $68 each or $136.00
Ordinary Airmail for this parcel = US$20
Express Airmail for this parcel = US$48
All orders received Monday – Friday are processed and dispatched from our dispensary the same day. (Weekend Orders are processed on Monday’s).
Delivery time using Express Airmail to the USA and Europe averages 5 - 7 working days – but sometimes longer. Most delays relate to the workloads at your local customs port.

All of our Herbal mixes are prepared and shipped from the city of Bathurst, NSW. Bathurst is approximately 200km West of Sydney, where the Year 2000 Olympics were held. We are based at 25 Upfold St, Bathurst NSW 2795, Australia.
Payments are not automatically deducted from your credit card at the time you submit your Order.
Staff at the Herbal Treatments dispensary will only process a claim for payment from your Credit Card after they have completed the processing of the Order.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Except Weekends).
Orders received Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders submitted on weekends are processed and shipped on Monday.
Should problems arise that delay processing, staff will attempt to contact clients asap by phone and or email.
