During this period of 'isolation' and 'social distancing' (words we hope to not hear again anytime soon!) we noticed that mental health and well-being was becoming a common subject in conversations. It seemed we were realising how important our connections with others and our connection with Earth really was! What a beautiful lesson learnt through a challenging time.

That's why we welcome special guest, Ann Harrison to share her amazing Breath Work expertise with us! We are so excited to have her join us on our Tuesday morning Livestream. We really do hope you can join us to be inspired to learn from this internationally recognised author and trainer.

We've also shared an article about how to create calm with breath work. Awareness of the breath and our different breathing patterns is the key to well being - at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Also, below there is a beautiful (but sad) story about Knox and his end-of-life story. McDowells had the joy of being a part of his support, with Knox's family having an additional twelve months of precious time with him in their lives.
