We've just moved through the equinox, the time when the plane of Earth's equator passes through the centre of the Sun. This occurs twice each year: around 20 March and 23 September. Watch this remarkable time-lapse video from NASA, compressing an entire year into twelve seconds!

In the Southern Hemisphere we are moving in the cooler season, whilst in the Northern Hemisphere the weather is finally warming up! This can call for a different focus in some areas of health, but caring for your well being is a year round goal!
