I look forward to taking this everyday...if I don't forget.
I mix it with my menopause drops, gastric & peptic ulcer mix, and a cap hemp seed oil...all from McDowells plus a little filtered water, then down the hatch.
It tastes so good and I have to say I have had very little reflux since being on this stuff, so much so that I've almost completely stopped taking medication for acid.
Honestly give it a try, it's a winner!!!!
