Hello, I've been using this product 2x daily since early October 2021, in combination with the Osteo-Arthritis blend. I've had a diagnosis for both conditions (neck & shoulder) for many years. However in 2020, I began working from home, leading a more sedentary life. I believe the decline in daily mobility caused some severe symptoms to arise with pain & stiffness in neck and shoulder region, shooting spasms at every nerve point down my arm and numbness in thumb, index & middle finger. (Anyone can tell you this is from excessive use of electronic devices.)
I started taking systemic enzymes for pain & I found these two products and thought it best to supplement joints/bones as I'm only 45 and I want to stay pain free forever! :-) I prefer herbals as they are non habit forming and communicate internally in a very unique ways.
Proud to report: I have no stiffness - even after full days of yardwork/home renovations. Range of motion has returned and only slight numbness in the thumb remains.
