I wanted to provide you with some pictures taken today of a two year old leg injury of my 17 year old Thoroughbred mare, and one of the original injury, which had scarred over but wasn’t healing nicely 16 months after (sorry no pics of the scarred over stage but her hock was enlarged with a very big, thick white scar across the front 8 months ago).
I wrote to you and you gave great feeding advice as well as recommendations of products. The feeding advice - Tendon and Bone mix and Alleviate.
It has worked wonders with the old injury further resolving during the last 6-8 months in a remarkable fashion!
I would not have believed that the previous enlarged hock and thick scar tissue would have ever improved from what we had. She is so much more comfortable and happier- moving better and able to lift her leg higher for the farrier too. Thanks for the great advice and products.
