I wanted to reach out and thank you once again for your crucial help and advice with our gelding Narganza. This is now 3 years later.
We ended up having to bring him in for surgery to remove a very large (biggest they have seen) bladder stone that didn't show up until just before his surgery. The procedure was successful but he was readmitted 2 weeks later with colic symptoms and needed IV fluids for a couple of days. After he came home he was very susceptible to colic symptoms almost daily, after the first year it was less frequent but worse when the weather changes were extreme.
I am so grateful for your advice and believe that the rosehips, dandelion, Apple Cider Vinegar etc...all helped his body to let this undetectable stone reveal itself finally.
He has gone from 16.2 to 17hh and is 13 years old this year! I am a firm believer in all things herbal and holistic for all beings. I have since expanded my knowledge and continue to learn and use natural remedies for myself and my animals. I will get a picture of him so that you can see how magnificent he is now!
