I have a IR/PSSM QH mare - now 14 years old.
I have used Alleviate now for nearly 12 months for unexplained low grade long-term chronic laminitis. My mare has been on a controlled tailored mineral balanced diet for over 4 years (no grazing - hay only + supplements).
Despite mammoth commitment to sort out the source of the inflammation I have been unable to sort it out. She had been on 4cyte also for 'puffs' - which was very successful.
A local vet made a couple of suggestions - one of which was to try Alleviate.
Problem solved!! We still have quite a high maintenance management plan - but Alleviate seemed to be the last piece of the puzzle.
It works for us. I will continue to use it.
