It is 12 weeks since I started my horses (Lily and Billy). They are both going super and looking very well – thank you so very much! The difference is remarkable in Billy – he is actually getting fat YAY! Lily could have some more energy for work, but I also don’t want to upset anything as she is working/training super!! Her grass issue I think was more of a training issue – she has come a looong way in her training and it seems being caught was a ‘defiance’ (not sure that’s the right word!) she thought she would try! She now walks up to me in the big paddock so think it was more of a test for me!!
Both are on:
- Speedi-beet with rosehip tea
- Wheaten Chaff, Mag
- Equigest-Pre
- Copra (1 cup)
- Equi-jewell (1 cup) along
- Metabolism (Lily) and
- Conditioning Mix (Billy) liquid – 20ml.
They also have access to grass hay 24/7 with a biscuit of lucerne every other day.
The pictures are from their 12 week check-in. I'm not sure if I have before photos to compare but it's a beautiful transformation.
