Attached are pictures before and after 16 weeks of using SCC eye wash twice daily.
I have been putting a mixture of McDowells Colloidal Silver and Eye Wash twice per day for 14 weeks and now once per day for two weeks and continuing.
He also had a lesion on the outside of his eyelid which disappeared with the topical SCC ointment.
I don’t know what it was, didn’t have it checked but the vet that saw him for the eyeball lesion was pretty sure it was SCC but we did not do biopsy.
She gave us some eye ointment with steroids for about 3 weeks and it did not help at all. She said the horse could have the eyeball lesion frozen off but would have to be sedated. He is 29 years old and I don’t feel like he would do well with anesthesia so we opted for the SCC eye wash.
We have been using the eyewash twice a day for 16 weeks but he was already showing improvement after 3-4 days. We are now treating him once a day with the eyewash and will continue to use for the time being. I can still see a cloudy white area left on his eyeball so will continue with the eyewash.
We are over the moon about the results and Bode is such a good patient he is so loving and grateful to us, my wife Danna is a nurse and she makes the mixture up every day then I administer it to Bode.
It may be a scar, but will see if it remains or disappears. So we are happy with these results and are promoting your website to others.
