It has now been just on 7 months of feeding Barney your herbal prescriptions and he is going really well. His coat is just gorgeous, his happiness is obvious and I have now cut the Tendon and Bones down to ½ cup twice a day along with 10mls twice a day of Alleviate. He also gets his Rosehip and Chamomile Tea with each feed. He is also on monthly Pentosan injections – 5ml which I would gladly give up if I wasn’t going to cause him any discomfort.
He will be turning 19 later this year and I think a lot of his metabolic challenges he was suffering when we first bought him have resolved now. He did hang onto his winter coat well into December but once he lost it all, he had the glossiest & softest summer coat and he has maintained it well.
