We were lucky to find McDowell’s Osteosarcoma Protocol within two weeks our sweet Chiku’s battle with the dreadful disease. The oncologist gave her only two months to live due to advanced stage of her tumor but she is still alive with a good quality of life 7 months later.
We chose not to amputate or treat with chemo or radiation because we did not wish to make her remaining time an endless cycle of medical treatments and the Osteosarcoma Protocol has given her the vitality to still enjoy her life. The effects of this protocol were evident when we received our first order two weeks after her diagnosis. At that point, she had a severe limp and was so exhausted. Within a day of starting the protocol she was playing, laughing and eating like a puppy!
About three months into her battle, we found lung metastasis on her x-rays and she started showing signs of exercise intolerance. At that time we began the McDowell’s Special blend of Licorice and Comfrey for breathing problems and while she still gets tired in the heat, she doesn’t have any problems breathing.
In addition to using the Osteosarcoma protocol we are also following the following program to help her in her fight:
1. Raw Therapeutic Keto diet (3 parts fat to 1 part protein) including raw sardines for omega threes and Vitamin D
2. Fenbendazole 250 mg per day (anti-tumoral)
3. CBD for pain
4. Meloxicam and Gabapentin for pain
5. 400 mg vitamin E and 400 mg Vitamin D per day (for bone strength)
6. Egg shell calcium (for bone strength)
7. Magnesium Chloride spray on her chest and legs three times a day for pain and bone strength
8. DMSO liquid on her legs before the magnesium spray for pain.
With this entire protocol we have not only seen an increase in her vitality but pathological fractures in her leg have fused (something her oncologist said was impossible).
While we know none of this will cure our sweet baby of this awful disease, as of now, she is not in pain, has a great appetite, and our biggest problem is keeping her energy under control so that she doesn’t take off running and jumping which will damage her leg!
