"Gypsy, my adopted greyhound, has been on the incontinence mix for 2 weeks now (we were away over Xmas when it arrived). I think she was only just starting to show some signs of incontinence and it was only 1 particular week that she had a couple of accidents, however, it was during heatwave conditions here in Perth so she was not going outside as much and we had the air conditioner running constantly.
Once I realised what was happening I made sure she went out every few hours and we didn’t have any more accidents.
She did have tests at my Vet for UTI and everything came back normal. My Vet did highlight to me that we would need to be careful of UTIs if I wasn’t going to put her on medication at this early stage.
That was why I wanted to start her on the incontinence mix and hopefully we won’t ever have to medicate.
So it is all going well, Gypsy has shown no signs of the incontinence or UTIs!"
