Honey's Story with Canine Cushings - McDowell's Herbal Treatments

"Hi Cath,

Just wanted to let you know about Honey, she passed away at 5.45am on Wednesday morning.

She had been sick for a week, not eating or drinking. I’d been syringing in all her food and water for the whole week.
She became sick on the Thursday and had an antibiotic and antinausea shot at the vet, she had bloods done on Mon and we found out on Tues that her pancreas was showing signs of inflammation. She had just gone onto antibiotics (only had one Tues night) and from 2am Wed morning, she was beginning the process. She threw up any water I gave her, wee-ed more than I knew she had in her. I sat up and cuddled her from 3am and knew it was close. Just before my husband left for work she threw up again but never came back from it. She died in our arms and was peaceful.

We knew we didn’t have much longer with her and we were thankful she chose to go when we were both with her. I spoke to her higher little doggy-self prior and said that if she needed to go she’d have to take it out of my hands because I would always do all I could to save her…

She did…bless her little beautiful Self…

Honey Cushings recoveryThanks for all your help and kindness over the years Cath, you’ve been there when I’ve needed advice at any time. Your help through her Cushings years extended her life by 3-4 years (honestly lost track) and her recovery from the Cushings was no less than miraculous…You helped her to have a longer and happier life and we thank you endlessly for that…

I have attached a couple of pictures for you, one shows you her recovery from Cushings…

Blessings and Light,

Janine Jackson…
