Dear Robert,
As the person responsible for getting you involved with Greyhound Dogs in the first place back in 1992 I should like to recall the story of our two dogs Billy Binjang and Spirit Master.
After you helped my husband Ron (picture to the right) with some of his health problems in late 1991 he inquired in February 1992 as to the possibility of making something up for a Bitch we were training at the time who was forever having problems with Kidney Infections and was wetting in the Kennel.
This herbal mix you prepared helped her and subsequently you treated a Black Dog for confidence problems, another dog for muscular cramping after a run and yet another to improve endurance over longer distances.
Ron took to continuing to give these mixes to our dogs after the initial problems were resolved as we noticed they were performing better on the track and we were getting into bigger and bigger prize money during early 1992.
In June of that year you offered to make a Performance Tonic for our dogs containing herbs, which would promote the health and endurance of racing Greyhounds in work. This was when we began a program of routinely supplementing all our dogs with this tonic along with the Kidney Weaknes Tonic which you had developed from the original kidney mix you made up in February.
During the next 12 months we won a total of around $160,000 from two of the three dogs we were training at that time. These were Billy Binjang and Spirit Master both of whom qualified all the way through the final of the Golden Easter Egg race in April 1993 which is Australia's highest prize money race of the year. Billy won that race and Spirit Master fell but could easily have been placed, had he not.
The high stakes races in Australia had almost always been won by the big professional racing kennels in the past. Our use of your herbal tonics coincided with the introduction of more stringent drug testing into the Greyhound scene here giving us an advantage with a pair of good dogs that year which I believe resulted in our spectacular successes in the more level playing field.
We have continued to treat, train and race all our dogs on your herbal products since then and we have never registered a single positive swab.
