“Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food.” Athough Hippocrates did consider nutrition a key tools, this quote has never been proven to be directly from him. In another, “De Alimento”, there's another statement that reads: “In food excellent medicine can be found, in food bad medicine can be found; good and bad are relative.”
