Every year McDowells Herbal closes for the Christmas period. We finish work noon on the 24th of December and we are back at work January Tuesday the 3rd of January 2017.
I advise with the current international postal service to order repeats early. Delays are common and are worse over the charismas season.
Traditionally I have always monitored emails, and I will be of course checking my inbox daily.
Products purchased online or ordered as repeats through the email will be acknowledged and processed when all staff are back at work.
It’s been a big year with our move to new premises and we are all looking forward to some much needed time off.
