Do you remember me enquiring about helping a mare with a dull dry coat, cranky temperament, diagnosed with ulcers?
Her name is Simeon Rosalie (aka GG). She is a Straight Egyptian filly owned by Joanne Williams of Jomari Park Arabians, SA
Well, this little mare was scoped a couple weeks ago and all her ulcers have gone, she is a lot happier in her overall temperament – she is not kicking anymore and her coat is beautiful!!
She is currently on a natural diet, and has the conditioning tonic, Equigesta-Pre, Hemp pellets and I have just started to add Equisite and Equiflex to her diet now she is in training again.
Anyway after all of this she was able to make her show debut on the weekend with me for Joanne and was awarded Supreme Purebred Exhibit! I put a post up on my fb wall and did thank you personally. Not a bad effort for a horse who was so miserable and sickly looking 9 weeks or so ago – Still a little ways to go til I feel shes 110% on track but certainly not a bad way to start that’s for sure.
Thanks again for your fabulous advice and suggestions for our horses, we’ve been using mcdowells for a long time now (I think over 15 years) and everything you’ve suggested for us has worked wonders.
So we are very grateful.
