My 20yr old warmblood mare suddenly went chronically lame in her front feet and was diagnosed with navicular via xrays. We decided to use this product as I have had great success with McDowell products in the past.
I put her on alleviate as well as the tendon and bone mix and hoof oil and after approx 3 months noticed she is no longer lame and is trotting and cantering around without pain. I was just hoping to get my mare paddock sound, but the result has been far better than I could have imagined!
Love this product has helped my mare with navicular disease. Looks like I will be able to ride her on the new arena!
I'm very happy with the results - it has taken approx 4mths for me to feel confident that she is now back to her old mischievous self.
